The process works by sitting over a gentle heat, while the steam that carries the essential herb oils to the exterior tissues of the vagina. The warmth increases circulation to the labia, cleanses, and soothes the vagina for general healing.

Once we book your session, I will guide you through a 30 minute self love meditation while you experience your steam and will provide all of the elements to make it a private practice. When the steam is over, I will guide you through a few journal prompts to reflect on the experience, which will bring us to a full hour session.
